Q. I am a member of the Arun Canoe Club, but I can’t log into the members area.

A. Make sure you are using the email address you provided on your membership form. If you still can’t log in using this, or you have forgotten your password, press the ‘Reset password’ link immediately below the login fields.  You will then be sent an email which includes a new password.  With some email accounts, the email is sent to your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there if you haven’t received it within a few minutes.

Q. I have just joined the Arun Canoe Club, how do I get access to the members area?

A. It may be that we have not yet set up your account. Please send an email to Once your membership has been confirmed with the membership secretary, we will set up your account. Don’t worry this shouldn’t take very long.

Q. I am not a member of the Arun Canoe Club, can I have access to the members area?

A. Sorry, this area is strictly for members only.
